The Royal Estate Newsletter - March 03
This newsletter was brought about because so many people have been asking for information regarding the plans for this estate. The lack of such information has led to much speculation and rumours. Therefore in an effort for us all to end our frustration at the lack of information we have arranged for the following meeting.

Watch out

Call at the Town Hall if you want to have any views or questions appear in
the next newsletter.
Questions at the meeting, and how to ask them.
Firstly, so everyone can hear the information given, the meeting will be conducted in an orderly manner.
There will be time for questions after the speakers have finished.
Issues not relevant to the meeting must be avoided so people are not side tracked.
If you do not want to publicly ask a question the people with the badges will be pleased to ask it for you.
Please remember the purpose of the meeting is to hear information from properly informed people, so we will all know just what is planned to happen to our homes.
One of the difficulties experienced when dealing with officials or reading official statements is the use of jargon, or acronyms. Whilst these acronyms are useful for those involved in the various schemes, for the ordinary person, not so involved, it is just jargon. For example you are all probably aware that MDC is an acronym for Mansfield District Council. Well here is a short list of some of the acronyms and their meaning. We hope it all helps to better understand what is being said
