Dinner |
Market Warsop FC are holding a sportsmans dinner on 16th may at the John Fretwell centre at Sookholme. Guest speaker will be Jeff Winter ex-premiership referee and a comedian from Doncaster Gary Marshall. Price of tickets are £25 each which includes a 3 course meal. An auction of sporting items will be held towards the end of the evening and all proceeds go towards Market Warsop FC Junior football club. 01623 455838 anytime after 3.30pm. | |

Calling all Community Groups and Charitable Organisations in Warsop Parish!. Just to let you know this years Community Christmas Event will take place on the evening of Thursday 4th December 2008 and we would like to offer you all an opportunity to take part in these celebrations. If you would like to rent a market stall on the night for fundraising purposes or wish to provide some form of entertainment we would love to hear from you at W.P.R.A. Office (opposite the Talbot) or give Julie or Lee a call on Mansfield 840005 We are also considering whether to start up a charities/community group fund-raising market one Thursday of each month and would like to ask groups to register their interest in this venture. |

Fire & Rescue (Warsop) are carrying out FREE Home Safety Checks. They provide and install smoke detectors, and carry out a full safety check of your home and offer advice. A member of fire personnel will contact you to arrange a convenient time to carry out the check. |
